Can I switch from the monthly plan to the lifetime plan?

Please cancel your monthly plan from the account page, then purchase the lifetime plan. You can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

What RAW formats are supported?

We support RAW formats from major camera manufacturers. Files are converted to DNG before being imported into DaVinci Resolve.

Does it work with the free version of DaVinci Resolve?

No, only DaVinci Resolve Studio is supported. The free version of DaVinci Resolve is not compatible.

"Windows protected your PC" message appears

This is a Windows warning that only appears on first launch. Click "More info", then select "Run anyway". As an indie developer, code signing certificates are prohibitively expensive and not yet implemented. The software is completely safe.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not accepted. If you are unable to use the software due to a critical bug, please contact support@valinta.app .
